What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — only what's needed to fulfill your order and contact you about it. When you message support, we keep a record of your message to help resolve your issue.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, ship packages, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates. We never sell your data.
Payments
All payments are processed by Wix's hosted checkout and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number — only an order reference and a confirmation that payment succeeded.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal cookies to keep your shopping cart working across pages and to understand aggregate traffic in order to improve the store. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing the ability to shop.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support and we'll remove it.
