Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number right away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships from our fulfillment partner.
Shipping methods & cost
We ship via standard ground within the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $5.95. At this time we do not offer expedited or international shipping, though both are coming soon.
Delivery window
Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; weather and carrier delays can extend them.
Order tracking
Use the Track Order page with your order number to check status. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, contact support and we'll trace it with the carrier.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days of shipping, reach out to support with your order number and we'll make it right — a replacement, a refund, or a trace, whichever fits.
